Gyno Treatment with Tamoxifen

Gyno = Gynecomastia.

WHAT IS THIS?
Gynecomastia is enlargement of a man's breasts, usually due to hormone imbalance or hormone therapy.

HOW IT APPEARS?

1. People who are prone to it and it reveals itself while on steroids or medications or toxic exposure.
2. Incorrect usage of anabolic steroids
3. It may be pubertal physiological gynecomastia

SYMPTOMS OF GYNECOMASTIA

You feel your nipples start becoming itchy and hard and you generally feel a real discomfort there.

HOW TO PREVENT IT?
Better to have on hand a pack of Aromaxyl or Nolvaxyl and if feel symptoms start using one or another. Both products work different so you will need to come back for another article on each of these. WHAT TO DO IF I ALREADY HAVE GYNECOMASTIA?
A study published by PubMed where more than 40 patients with gyno were treated with long term usage of Tamoxifen Citrate, trade names: Nolvaxyl or Nolvadex.
To be short I will quote their results: "All were treated with tamoxifen 20 mg/day for 6 months. A follow up evaluation was performed at three and six months of treatment."
Mastodynia disappeared in all patients at three months.

CONCLUSIONS:

Tamoxifen is safe and effective for the treatment of gynecomastia. Larger lesions have a lower response to treatment.
