Best PCT for Testosterone
QUESTION: Hi, I am doing my first cycle of 10 weeks on test e 400mg per week. I also have clomid for PCT. Can you tell me should i be using clomid and nolva for pct and should i run an AI throughout the cycle.
ANSWER: - For PCT a minimum necessary is Clomid and that is enough in most cases. If you will use Test E then wait 12 days after last injection and start PCT with Clomid.
I would go with next Clomid schedule:
Day 1 – Clomid 100mg
Day 2 - Clomid 100mg
Following 20 days – Clomid 50mg
*If needed you can take it for 7 days more at 25mg/day dosage.
**TABS are taken with food.
- AI is needed only if you are prone to gyno otherwise dont use it however since this your first cycle and you dont know where you are prone I suggest buy 1 pack and just keep it on hand. In case you start feeling gyno signs write me and I will give you an AI usage plan.
